Fang Quan, Associate Chief Physician, works in the Department of Plastic Surgery, Second Affiliated Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine, and holds a Ph.D. in Plastic Surgery. Dr. Fang has been engaged in plastic surgery for 20 years and adheres to the principle that “safe, healthy, and natural beauty is true beauty.” Dr. Fang specializes in aesthetic procedures: double eyelid and medial/lateral canthoplasty, brow lift and brow excision, comprehensive design and treatment for eye bags and facial rejuvenation, rhinoplasty, whole-body liposuction, and fat injection/grafting for the entire face and breasts. Dr. Fang develops long-term, personalized facial plastic surgery and repair plans for patients from a holistic perspective.
